Using the service
You may create an account to manage websites that you own or are authorized to manage. Keep your login secure, use accurate account details, and do not scan or configure websites without authorization. Each plan limits the number of websites shown on the Pricing page.
Consent setup is your responsibility
You choose the cookie categories, descriptions, scripts and banner text on your websites. Install the HopCookie script before optional tags and review scan findings before approving them. Browser restrictions and server-set cookies mean a JavaScript-only CMP cannot block or remove every cookie. Using this service alone does not establish legal compliance; review your implementation for your specific website and jurisdiction.
Plans and payments
The Free plan does not require payment details. Paid plans use Stripe Checkout and are activated after Stripe confirms the subscription. Prices and website limits are shown before checkout. When a subscription is active, use the billing portal to manage or cancel it. If the service displays “Test payments only”, checkout is a test and no real payment is collected.
Stopping use
You can remove the HopCookie script from your websites at any time. You can delete a website and its consent log in the workspace. Contact [email protected] to request closure of your account. Removing the script does not automatically remove cookies that other code has already placed on a visitor's browser.
